Returns, replacements, exchanges, refunds, damaged Products, missing items, incorrect orders, and canceled orders are governed by the Vessara Health Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because dietary supplements are ingestible and health-sensitive Products, opened, used, partially consumed, or unsealed Products may be ineligible for standard returns except where damaged, defective, contaminated, expired, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law or our Returns & Refunds Policy.

21. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

Vessara Health may offer subscription, recurring-delivery, auto-replenishment, or similar programs.

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided at the price and frequency disclosed during enrollment or checkout until the subscription is canceled.

Before enrollment, the applicable offer will disclose material terms such as:

• The recurring price;

• The billing frequency;

• The shipping frequency;

• Any introductory price or discount;

• When recurring charges begin;

• How to cancel;

22. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation must be completed before the next subscription order enters processing to prevent that order from being charged or fulfilled.

Canceling a subscription:

• Stops eligible future renewal orders;

• Does not retroactively cancel previous orders;

• Does not automatically cancel an order already processed, charged, packed, or shipped; and

• Does not automatically create a refund for a completed order.

Orders processed before cancellation remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Where required by law, we may send renewal, price-change, trial-conversion, or cancellation reminders.

23. Failed Subscription Payments

If a recurring payment is declined, we may:

• Retry the payment method;

• Request updated payment information;

• Temporarily suspend the subscription;

• Delay the shipment;

• Cancel the affected order; or

• Terminate the subscription.

You remain responsible for authorized charges incurred before cancellation.
